Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. is an independent provider of semiconductor packaging and testing services. The Company offers a range of packaging and testing solutions, including advanced substrate packages, such as the flip-chip ball grid array and lead-frame packages, as well as testing for logic, mixed-signal and embedded memory devices. It also offers its customers turnkey solutions from packaging and testing to direct shipment of semiconductor devices to the destinations designated by its customers. The manufacturing services offered by the Company are customized to the needs of its individual customers. During the year ended December 31, 2008, 86.2% of its net operating revenues were from packaging services, and 13.8% of its net operating revenues were from testing and other services. The Company provides packaging and testing services to more than 100 customers worldwide.

BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Siliconware Precision Industries Co. Ltd's revenues decreased 16% to NT$41.77B. Net income for the period decreased 39% to NT$4.49B.
