The Company’s subsidiaries include BMI Consultants Limited, BM Intelligence Limited, BMI Corporate Services Limited, IBC Corporate Services Limited, Asia First Consultants Limited, BMI Professional Translation Services Limited and BMI Technologies Limited. On October 29, 2008, the Company’s subsidiary, Million Profit Group Limited acquired FD(H) Investments Limited. In August 2008, the Company disposed its funds and wealth management services segment. On June 23, 2009, the Company disposed its corporate services segment.

BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 July 2009, China Bio-Med Regeneration Technology Limited's revenues decreased 22% to HK$4.1M. Net loss from continuing operations totaled HK$32.9M, up from HK6.2M. Revenues reflect a decrease in income from serives provided by the Group.
