Amtek Auto Limited is an international manufacturer of automotive components and assemblies with production facilities located across North America, Europe and Asia. The Company’s manufacturing capabilities encompasses sub assemblies, iron, gravity and aluminum castings, forgings, complex machining and ring gears flywheel assembly. Its business divisions include Amtek JVs, Amtek Centre of Excellence, Amtek Forging Division, Amtek Iron Casting Division, Amtek Aluminum Casting Division, Amtek Automotive Machining Division and Amtek Ring Gear Division. As of June 30, 2008, the Company’s subsidiaries include Smith Jones Inc., Amtek Investments U.K. Limited, Amtek Deutschland GmBH, Amtek Investments U.S. Inc., Ahmednagar Forgings Limited, Amtek Ring Gears Limited and Amtek Crank Shaft India Limited. In August 2008, the Company signed a joint venture agreement with Form Tech Industries LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of precision hot, warm and cold forging components.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2008 Amtek Auto Ltd.'s revenues rose 25% to RS46.57B. Net income appl. to common rose 5% to RS4.27B. Revenues reflect an increase in the sales of companies products. Net income was partially offset by an increase material & manufacturing, higher personnel expenses, increased administrative, selling & other expenses, rise in finance expenses and higher depreciation charges.
