BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Atlas Copco AB's total revenue decreased 12% to SEK47.82B. Net income from continuing operations decreased 36% to SEK4.55B. Total revenue reflects declining order intakes and customer demand as well as decreased sales from all business segments. Net income from continuing operations suffered from an increase in administrative expenses and net loss from other items.
