CBH Resources Limited (CBH) is a mineral resource company producing zinc, lead and silver. The Company controls or is in joint venture over 4,930 square kilometers of tenements around its existing operating, and development projects at Cobar, Broken Hill and Panorama. The Cobar project area covers approximately 3,100 square kilometers of Devonian aged marine sediments of the Cobar Basin. CBH has entered into a joint venture arrangement with Silver City Mining Limited (24.2% owned by PlatSearch Limited) over a number of exploration tenements within the Broken Hill region. The Napier Range tenements cover an area of 112 square kilometers and are underlain by the same limestone units that elsewhere host the substantial zinc-lead deposits of Teck Cominco’s former Pillara operation. The Company owns and operates a concentrate shiploading facility at the Port of Newcastle, which handles concentrates four base metal mines in New South Wales, including the Company’s Endeavor Mine.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2009, CBH Resources Ltd's revenues decreased 27% to A$133.2M. Net loss totaled A$96.6M, up from totaled A$29.1M. Revenues reflect decrease in income from sale of goods, a significant fall in finance income and lower income from rental revenue. Higher loss also reflects higher distribution expenses, lower other income, an increase in finance costs, a rise in other expenses and higher impairment loss.
