Daimler AG is engaged in developing, manufacturing, distributing and selling a range of automotive products, mainly passenger cars, trucks, vans and buses. The Company operates in four business segments: Mercedes-Benz Cars, Daimler Trucks, Daimler Financial Services, and Vans, Buses, Other. In Vans, Buses, Other segment, the Company reports the Mercedes-Benz Vans segment, the Daimler Buses business unit, and all other businesses and investments in businesses not allocated to one of the reportable business segments. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Daimler North America Corporation, DCFS USA, LLC and Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda.
