Enagas SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the transportation, storage, and the regasification of natural gas. Regasification is a process of reverting liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the gaseous state and pumping it into the National Pipeline Network. The Company's facilities include more than 8,000 kilometers of high-pressure gas pipeline in Spain and Portugal and three regasification plants in Barcelona, Cartagena and Huelva. As a transport company, Enagas provides gas and manages gas infrastructure. The Company is also Technical Manager of the Gas System and it guarantees natural gas supplies and optimizes the operations of the gas grid by coordinating different agents. It sources gas from Algeria, Norway, Nigeria, Libya, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and Qatar, among others.

Total revenue reflects favorable market conditions as well as an increase in demand for the Company's products and services. Net income for the period benefited from improved operating margins due to a significant decrease in personnel expenses.
