Eros International plc (Eros) is an integrated media and entertainment company. The Company produces, distributes and exploits films across formats via cinemas, home entertainment, television formats and new media. The Company operates in over 50 countries with worldwide offices in India, United Kingdom, United States, Dubai, Australia, Fiji and Isle of Man. It has a film library with more than 1,900 titles and release of over 70 films every year. The Company has three segments: theatrical, television syndication and digital and home entertainment. In April 2008, Eros acquired 11.9% interest of Valuable Technologies and Acacia Investments Holdings Limited.

Revenue reflect increased income from the Company's operating activities.
