The Company operates in five segments: Building Products, Steel, Distribution, Infrastructure, and Laminates & Panels. Building Products segment provides building product solutions, from foundation to roof. The Steel segment has a diversified portfolio of steel businesses primarily in Australia and New Zealand. In Distribution segment, the Company is a supplier of building materials to New Zealand’s commercial and residential construction markets. The Laminates & Panels segment is a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of decorative surface laminates, component products, particleboard and medium density fibreboard (MDF).
