During the year ended December 31, 2008, it sold approximately 1.8 million tons of ice. Its products are primarily sold throughout the southern United States (the Sun Belt). At March 6, 2009, the Company owned or operated 58 ice manufacturing facilities, 67 distribution centers and approximately 3,100 Ice Factories.
