In October 2009, it acquired equity interest in Vizag Seaport Pvt. Ltd. (VSPL) from International Port Services Pvt. Ltd. Pursuant to the acquisition, the Company held 73.76% interest in VSPL.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2009, Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited's revenues increased 64% to RS1.63B. Net income decreased 26% to RS138.6M.
