BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Bilfinger Berger AG's sales increased 2% to EUR7.17B. Net profit for the period decreased 20% to EUR72M. Sales reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services in the Building and Industrial as well as in the Services business divisions. Net profit for the period was offset by decreased gross profit margins and lower net interest result.
