Genmab A/S is a Denmark-based biotechnology company that develops human antibodies for the treatment of life-threatening and debilitating diseases. The Company focuses on oncology products and it has a number of products under development for the treatment of different types of cancer, infectious diseases, as well as other conditions. Genmab has licensed the rights to use the UltiMAb, a transgenic mouse technology platform from the United States biotechnology company Medarex, under which it received 16 fully paid-up commercial licenses.
