The Company's core activities include the production and distribution of cement and aggregates, the two raw materials for concrete. It divides its activities geographically into three group areas: Europe, North America and Asia-Australia-Africa. The Company’s products are classified into the Cement business line, including white cement, trass cement, composite cement, masonry cement, Aquament and Portland cement for hydraulic engineering and photo catalytically active cement TioCem, among others; Aggregates and Concrete, including sand, gravel and crushed rock; as well as Building Products, including bricks and roof tiles, aircrete blocks, wall cladding and flooring systems, pavers and other products.

Total revenue reflects a decrease in sales across all of the Company's business and geographic segments. Net income from continuing operations suffered from significantly lower other financial result and the presence of foreign exchange losses.
