Hill International, Inc. (Hill), provides fee-based project management and construction claims services to clients worldwide, but primarily in the United States, Europe, the Middle East/North Africa and Asia/Pacific. Hill’s clients include the United States and other national governments and their agencies, state and local governments and their agencies and the private sector. The Company operates through two segments: the Project Management Group and the Construction Claims Group. On January 4, 2008, Hill International (UK) Ltd., Hill’s wholly owned subsidiary, acquired John Shreeves Holdings Ltd. and its operating subsidiary John Shreeves & Partners Ltd., which provides project management and cost consultancy services on primarily private-sector projects throughout the United Kingdom. In October 2008, the Company acquired Chitester Management Systems, Inc.
