As of August 5, 2009, the Company owned and operated six hotels at Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, Kovalam (Kerala), Udaipur and Gurgaon, totaling to 1,523 guestrooms and 90 serviced apartments. The Leela Kempinski Mumbai is set amidst 11 acres of landscaped gardens and has 390 rooms. The Leela Palace Kempinski Bangalore has a total of 352 rooms. The Leela Kempinski Goa is a five-star beach resort with 185 rooms. The Leela Kempinski Kovalam Beach, Kerala, is spread over 44 acres and has 182 rooms and suites. The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, Delhi (National Capital Region (NCR)), opened in January 2009, has 322 guest rooms and suites, and 90 serviced residences. The Leela Palace Udaipur was opened in April 2009. This resort is located on Lake Pichola with 80 guest rooms and suits. Iskon Estates Private Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective January 10, 2009.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2009, Hotel Leela venture Limited's revenues decreased 1% to RS5.82B. Net income before extraordinary items decreased 46% to RS803.2M. Revenues reflects decreased in income from sales/Service rendered. Net income also reflects an increase in payment to & provision for employees, higher fuel, power and water, a rise in deprecation charges and higher administrative & other expenses.
