Under Rating Services, ICRA rates rupee-denominated debt instruments issued by manufacturing companies, commercial banks, non-banking finance companies and financial institutions, among others. The Grading Services offered by ICRA include grading of construction entities, real estate developers and projects, healthcare entities and initial public offers. The Information Services Division’s portfolio of products includes sector/industry-specific studies/publications and mandate-based studies (customized research). ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, offers consulting services in strategy, risk management and transaction advisory, among others. Through its subsidiaries, ICRA offers a portfolio of information technology solutions, and online software and knowledge process outsourcing services.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2009, ICRA Limited Company's revenues increased 20% to RS768.8M. Net income increased 36% to RS230.5M. Revenues reflect increased income from Rating Services, Outsourced services & from Professional Services and higher other income. Net income also reflects a decrease in interest expenses and improved operating margins. The Company is providing information technology enabled services.
