BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2009, IPVG Corp. Revenues decreased 56% to PP359.6M. Net income decreased 90% to PP2.1M. Revenues reflect a decrease in income from Online & Mobile Games, higher income from Communications and an increase in income from BPO services. Net income was offset by an increase in depreciation & amortisation expenses, lower interest income and a decrease in share in net losses of subsidiaries.
