On January 31, 2009, the Company disposed of its subsidiary, Itsindro Mauritius Limited. On April 29, 2009, Jubilee Platinum plc acquired the remaining 51% of Antsahabe (Mauritius) Limited. It also acquired the remaining 51% of Antsahabe (Madagascar) Sarl. In October 2009, Jubilee Platinum plc completed the acquisition of Braemore Resources Plc.
