Rambler Media Limited is a diversified Russian language media, entertainment, services and content delivery company, which operates various Internet properties, including the Russian language Internet portal and search engine Rambler.ru, Top100 rating system, free email service, on-line newspaper Lenta.ru, price comparison Website Price.ru, broadband Internet service provider (ISP) Rambler Telecom', and mobile content service provider Rambler Mobile. On April 1, 2008, the Company sold a 51% stake in RGL Holdings Limited, which owns 100% of ZAO Index20 to a subsidiary of Video International Group. In August 2008, Rambler Media Limited announced that it had completed its acquisition of the remaining 49% of Price Express LLC. In April 2009, the Company sold its mobile value added services business SMX Communications Ltd. to Plastic Media. In addition to the sale, Plastic Media would operate and provide mobile value added services through a long term partnership with Rambler.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2008, Rambler Media Limited's revenues increased 57% to $110.1M. Net income from continuing operations totaled $3.6M vs. a loss of $1M. Revenues reflect an increase in income from Display/Banner Advertisement, Contextual and other advertising segment. Net income reflect the presence of gain on disposal of a subsidiary, a decrease in amortisation of intangible and share of profit of associate.
