The Company has two business segments: Engineering procurement and construction projects business (EPC) and Wind turbine generator (WTG) business. The EPC business involves turnkey services relating to metallurgical and process plants, biomass-based power plants, water and wastewater treatment plants; water and sewer infrastructure, and pipe rehabilitation projects. In WTG business, the Company provide integrated solutions including manufacturing, supply, erection, site identification, technical planning, grid connectivity and operations and maintenance (O&M).

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2009, Shriram EPC Limited's revenues increased 44% to RS10.1B. Net income increased 35% to RS474.8M. Revenue reflects an increase in contracts business segments.
