The Company conducts its business in two segments: Electronics and Control Devices. The core products of the Electronics reportable segment include vehicle electrical power and distribution systems, and electronic instrumentation and information display products. The core products of the Control Devices reportable segment include electronic and electrical switch products, control actuation devices and sensors. BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2009, Stoneridge, Inc.'s revenues decreased 43% to $341.4M. Net loss totaled $32.2M vs. an income $10.9M. Revenues reflect lower Electronics segment and control devices segment sales due to lower sales volume in North American commercial vehicle, light vehicle and agricultural markets.
