On July 3, 2008, Straits Energy Trading Pte Ltd, increased its equity interest in Xanadu Mines Ltd to a total of 12.76%. In April 2009, Straits Resources Limited announced that Lints Limited has completed the purchase of 60% interest in Straits Bulk & Industrial Pty. Ltd. Straits Bulk & Industrial Pty Limited (SBI) holds 47.1% of Straits Asia Resources.
