The Company is a parent of Grupo Telecinco, a group which comprises Publiespana SAU, Agencia de Television Latinoamericana de Servicios y Noticias Espana SAU, Premiere Megaplex SA, Grupo Editorial Tele 5 SAU, Telecinco Cinema SAU, Cinematext Media SA, Canal Factoria de Ficcion SAU, Conecta 5 Telecinco SAU, Mediacinco Cartera SL, and Telecinco Factoria de Produccion SL. On February 19, 2008, the Company acquired a 35.08% interest in interePegaso Television Inc, a broadcasting company with operations established in Miami, the United States. The Company’s majority shareholder is Grupo Mediaset, with 50.1% of its interests.
