BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 March 2009, TOWER Limited's revenues decreased less than 1% to NZ$203.8M. Net income from Continuing operations increased 31% to NZ$26.3M. Revenues reflect a decrease in fee & other revenue and higher outwards reinsurance expenses. Net income was offset by an increase in gross margins, decreased finance expenses and the presence of life insurance contract income vs. a loss.
