The real estate and infrastructure division focused on development of residential and commercial space within the state of Andhra Pradesh primarily in Hyderabad. Its JFTC division manufactures cables from a range of 5 pairs to 800 pairs.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2008, Bhagyanagar India Ltd. revenues decreased 11% to RS2.21B. Net income decreased 47% to RS373.5M. Revenue reflect a decrease from copper product sales and lower infrastructure leasing & sales. Net income also reflects an increase in salary, wages & allowances expenses, higher stores consumed expenses, an increase in depreciation and higher interest & financial charge.
