Feb 09 - Home Minister P Chidambaram on Tuesday held a key meeting with the chiefs and other representatives of four Maoist-affected states to chalk out a decisive plan to counter threats posed by the rebels.
Chidambaram reportedly discussed at length the strategy adopted to deal with rebels.
