Obama's economic alter ego
Feb. 1 - Meet Austan Goolsbee, professor at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and economic adviser to presidential hopeful Barack Obama.
The two men crossed paths at the University of Chicago; While Goolsbee was at the business school, Obama was teaching at the law school. Goolsbee came to advise Obama before he was a marquee name, when he was running for the US Senate and searching for some economic counsel.
