Keeping abreast with cameras in NYC
Jun. 18 - A university student tries to make a statement by mounting cameras on a woman's breasts in New York City, capturing the gazes of onlookers.
The captured images address two issues, says its creator: people are constantly being watched and filmed, and women can empower themselves.
