iPhone launches in Japan
Jul 11 - More than a thousand excited and sleep deprived Japanese celebrate the launch of Apple's new iPhone in Tokyo.
The long-anticipated third-generation (3G) iPhone, which has faster Web links than its predecessor and supports third-party applications such as games and email, was Launched Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand on Friday as part of the global launch in 22 countries.
