Omar positive on NC, Cong coalition
Dec. 30 - The National Conference's chief, Omar Abdullah arrived in New Delhi to hold discussions with the senior leadership of the Congress Party to work out a coalition government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Abdullah said he was positive of an alliance between the two parties.
