Thousands of demonstrators crowd the streets in Yemen. Outrage continues after opposition parties endorsed a deal which gives outgoing President Ali Abdullah Saleh immunity over the killing of demonstrators by security forces. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) DEMONSTRATOR, MOHAMED AL EMAD, SAYING: "We reject the unity government that gave up the blood of the martyrs. And we demand the trial of the killers and all those who were involved in shedding the blood of the martyrs." Last month Saleh handed powers to his Vice-President after signing a Gulf-brokered deal that led to the formation of a national unity government, that will prepare the way for elections next year. Under the deal a military committee will oversee the restructuring of the armed forces, now largely controlled by Saleh family members. Western diplomats say the government cannot stabilize Yemen unless Saleh eases his control over the military. Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
