Aug 20 - No deal for Best Buy founder Richard Schulze after he rejected the electronics retailer's board's offer to conduct due diligence.

Deal or No Deal at -- by and another multibillion. Dollar health -- play here's your morning call for Monday. The deals offered best -- founder Richard shells after he rejected reports offered to conduct due diligence. Because it was only offer -- 68 to put together a deal and to take the buyout offer directly to shareholders. But -- with not on board with that plan. Separately the Wall Street Journal reports the retailer has a new guy in the top spot. You -- Jolie who has been hospitality -- for years will now league best by as its new CEO. The retailer reports earnings tomorrow. And it's official insurer Aetna will buy rival Coventry Health Care for five point six billion dollars in cash and stock. The merger is the latest example of companies expanding their government business to benefit from Obama care. And it's paying 820 point 4% premium to covering trees Friday closing price. Cheers at Coventry surging above 20% in the premarket. US stock futures -- mixed at the moment Europeans stocks falling slightly after rally sharply since late July. -- aren't too bad with investors holding out hope that the ECB and the lower borrowing costs of Spain and Italy. The dollar soaring to -- -- highs against the yen today. And -- currently hovering -- 114 dollars per barrel this morning pushed up by the temporary closure of Britain's largest oil field. Stocks to watch this morning JPMorgan Chase elect's former ExxonMobil chief Lee Raymond Lee investigation into the banks. Multi billion dollar London -- the buckle according to the Wall Street Journal. Shares of Deutsche Bank trading down in the premarket after the New York Times reported that US prosecutors. Are probing the bank over businesses linked to Iran. And there's room for improvement at -- the retail chain reporting lower than expected results for the second quarter today.
