Pakistan foils teen bomb plot

Nov. 21 - Police in Pakistan say they have foiled a bomb attack by arresting a 13-year-old boy shortly before he could explode a suicide vest strapped to his body. Sarah Charlton reports.

The youngster, believed to be 13-years-old, was caught by police in the northwestern city of Peshawar. Officers said the boy was a suspected suicide bomber, who panicked and dropped his detonator. As he ran, he was caught by police. A bomb disposal officer diffused the explosive vest, before the boy was lead away for questioning. A man who had been with the boy on a motorbike was also arrested. Both suspects have been taken to an unknown location for further investigation.
