A deep frost in Russia is pushing temperatures down to levels that are cold even by Siberian standards.
Temperatures dropped to more than 40 degrees below zero this weekend. And it is expected to get colder.
A deep frost has hit Russia from Siberia to the central part of the country.
Local authorities are advising people to stay home.
