While forces Loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad killed at least five children Sunday, the rebels are fighting back. In this video obtained by Reuters, Syrian rebels appear to boot pro-Assad forces from Aleppo Saturday. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) SALEH OMAR, MEMBER OF THE FREE SYRIAN ARMY, SAYING: "We are fighting to free the town of Nuqeirin, which is part of the eastern Aleppo province. After several fights with the Assad forces, thank God we have been able to free it, and God willing we will continue to fight them until we reach the presidential palace." The prospects for peace in Syria look dim, as the weekly death toll rises above 1,000. World powers can't seem to find a fix for the conflict that is now two-and-a-half years old.
