'Jump Street' shoots down 'Dragon' at Box office

June 15 - ''22 Jump Street'' starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum guns down animated ''How to Train Your Dragon 2'' at the box office over the weekend. Gavino Garay reports.

Comedy "22 Jump Street," starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum gunned down the competition at the box office over the weekend with $60 million in ticket sales. Hill and Tatum play police officers who return to college -- undercover. It was followed by "How to Train Your Dragon 2," the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster, which brought in $50 million from Friday through Sunday in U.S. and Canadian ticket sales. And third in the weekends box office mix with $19 million is Disney's take on "Sleeping Beauty," "Maleficent," starring Angelina Jolie. Since the movie's release on May 30 it's totaled more than $436 million globally.
