ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) Flag-waving Modi supporters lined the streets as India's new Prime Minister arrived at the the Indian Embassy in Washington, DC where he paid tribute to a statue of Mahatma Gandhi. Prime Minister Modi was at the embassy to prepare for his meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama at the White House later in the day.
