A search is underway in Yemen's capital Sanaa where a French woman and her Yemeni driver were reportedly kidnapped on Tuesday morning. Officials say unidentified gunmen stopped their vehicle in the central district. The woman was on her way to the Social Fund for Development agency where she works as a consultant. French President Francois Hollande says France is working to get her back. (SOUNDBITE) (French) FRENCH PRESIDENT, FRANCOIS HOLLANDE, SAYING: "A 30-year-old woman who worked for the World Bank, who works for the World Bank and who, in the framework of her activities, was kidnapped in front of a ministry in Yemen and we are demanding her speedy release." Yemen has been in turmoil since Shi'ite Muslim Houthi militias seized the capital in September. In recent years foreigners have become frequent targets -- both of tribesmen pressing the government for changes and of al Qaeda. No group has claimed responsibility for this latest abduction.
