ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Britain's Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, mingled with British embassy staff and invited guests at a reception at the British ambassador's residence in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday (March 17). The royal couple had earlier arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland for a four-day U.S. goodwill visit that includes a meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama. Charles, the 66-year-old heir to the British throne, and Camilla will tour monuments and historic sites including the Lincoln Memorial and Mount Vernon, home of George Washington.
