ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Mongolian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Damba Gankhuyag, visited Pyongyang on Wednesday (July 8). In video provided by North Korea's state news agency KCNA, which cannot be independently verified by Reuters, the delegation arrived in Pyongyang airport and offered flowers to the statues of former North Korea leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. KCNA said North Korean leader Kim Jong Un received a personal letter from Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj brought by the delegation. KCNA did not elaborate other details including a purpose of the visit. Mongolia, a former Soviet satellite, has diplomatic relations with both communist North Korea and democratic South Korea.
