Come Monday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker will announce the obvious: That's he's ready to enter the GOP presidential race. After months of exploring a White House run - then prematurely tweeting last week that he's running -- Walker is expected to finally announce his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination. Walker rose to prominence in 2011 when he pushed for a law to limit the collective-bargaining rights of the state's public sector employees. He then survived a union-backed recall election in 2012. His run could largely depend on how he does in early caucus state, Iowa. A recent Quinnipiac University poll has the governor leading the GOP field there with 18 percent. He's not faring as well in New Hampshire whose Republican voters are not as ardently conservative. With his candidacy, the Republican field will grow to 15 candidates.
