ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto attended a welcoming ceremony Monday (July 13) at Paris' Hotel National des Invalides, kicking off an official state visit to France. He and First Lady Angelica Rivera were greeted by French Justice Minister Christiane Taubira and took a tour of the Invalides, visiting the tomb of notorious French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The visit was shrouded by news that drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman had escaped prison in Mexico -- Pena Nieto called on Sunday for a full investigation into the kingpin's jailbreak after news broke while he was flying to France. Mexico's attorney general told journalists that dozens of prison employees were being questioned about possible involvement in Guzman's escape. Pena Nieto's visit will continue on Wednesday, when he will be welcomed by French President Francois Hollande and participate in the Bastille Day festivities, the national holiday celebrating the storm of the Bastille prison that marked the start of the 1789 French Revolution.
