ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announced in a joint news conference on Friday (August 14) that a commission would be created to address issues such as migration, law enforcement, and environmental concerns, among others, in the months to come as the two countries embark on the normalization of relations. Kerry told reporters he was confident that the two former adversaries could find common ground on these issues and that he could not see a succeeding president - Republican or Democrat - dismantling the progress that the Obama administration has made in rebuilding the bilateral relations.
