ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Oscar-winning documentary maker Michael Moore brought his latest film "Where to Invade Next" to the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (September 10). Moore talked to reporters on the red carpet, but was careful not to reveal too much about the plot. This is Moore's first film in six years. He started filming "Where to Invade Next" quietly in 2009 and said it took three years. Moore said he is excited about it and hopes it will inspire change. The buzz at the festival is that the film is hotly sought after by several distributors. As for what audiences can expect, Moore said it echoes a message that was already delivered by former U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower. The Toronto International Film Festival screens more than 300 films from 60 different countries. This year it will run from September 10 through the 20th.
