Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi swore in a new government on Saturday --- He replaced sixteen of his 33 cabinet members but held onto his defense minister, foreign minister and finance minister The first order of business for Sisi's government will be rebuilding Egypt's battered economy. Cairo's efforts to attract foreign invesments have been hindered by years of turmoil. Many expect Sisi will be paying close attention to Islamic State's growing presence in his country. The group in recent months has gained the backing of Egypt's most prominent militant group.
