ROUGH CUT (NO REOPRTER NARRATION) An explosion ripped through a restaurant in eastern China on Saturday (October 10) afternoon, killing at least 17 people, state media reported, blaming the accident on a gas cylinder. The blast caused a fire at the restaurant Anhui province, state media reported, citing local authorities.
