Outside a Bucharest morgue, family members of the dead try to come to grips with what happened overnight. At least 27 people were killed and some 185 others injured, mostly young adults who had come for a rock concert that featured indoor fireworks. Several hundred people stampeded for the only available exit as the basement of the former Communist-era shoe factory filled with smoke. It's one of the worst disasters in the Romanian capital in decades. President Klaus Iohannis (yoh-HAH-nihs) paid his respects to the victims, and later visited the injured at a hospital. (SOUNDBITE) (Romanian) ROMANIAN PRESIDENT, KLAUS IOHANNIS, SAYING: "People are revolted that something like this could have happened. I hope we will have the investigation reports very quickly and if necessary we will change the regulations so that this kind of tragedy does not happen again." One doctor described the scene inside to help the injured as "war". Specialist teams working to maximum chances for patient survival, he said. Hundreds of people lined up outside the hospital to donate blood, the tragedy taking on national dimensions as the country declares three days of mourning.
