ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican presidential candidate Senator Lindsey Graham officially filed the paperwork to run in the New Hampshire primary on Thursday (November 12). He's one of three candidates who filed papers on Thursday, ahead of a November 20 deadline. Graham became emotional when talking to reporters afterward, saying he wished his parents, who died when he was 21, could have been there for the event. He also emphasized his military experience, saying he was the only candidate who has "actually seen the enemy and understand what they're up to." The other Republican candidates who filed to compete in the primary on Thursday, were Texas Senator Ted Cruz and former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum.
