ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama says his administration is continuing to work at every level to make sure there is no slip of information sharing when it comes to security and threats against the homeland. But he acknowledged it is very difficult to detect 'lone wolf' terror plots. At his year-end news conference, Obama also said that no government can read every single person's social medial posts and text messages. "One of the the things we will be doing is engaging with the high-tech community to find out how we can in an appropriate way do a better job if we have a lead to be able to track suspected terrorists," Obama said.
